Complete Whole House System — Better

Sediment + GAC + CTO filtration that also reduces chloramine, PFAS, THMs, radon, and hydrogen sulfide.

iSpring WCB32C-GAC whole-house sediment, GAC, and CTO filtration system
Whole-house system diagram: spin-down prefilter, WCB32C-GAC filtration, and UVF50 LED sterilizer

Our mid-tier whole-house package. A WCB32C-GAC set — sediment, GAC (granular activated carbon), and CTO — with 3/4" ports and roughly 30,000 gallons of capacity. Reduces chlorine, chloramine, PFAS, THMs, radon, and hydrogen sulfide. It does not reduce lead or heavy metals, and it does not reduce TDS or hardness. Includes spin-down prefilter and UV sterilization.

How It Works

Three stages

  1. 1

    Sediment pre-filtration

Water enters through the spin-down sediment prefilter, removing sand, silt, and large particles before they reach the main filters.

  2. 2

    GAC + CTO carbon filtration

The GAC and CTO carbon stages reduce chlorine, chloramine, PFAS, THMs, radon, hydrogen sulfide, odors, and organic compounds. They do not reduce lead, heavy metals, TDS, or hardness.

  3. 3

    UV sterilization

UV sterilization eliminates 99.99% of bacteria and viruses before water reaches your taps.

What's Included

Everything you need for clean water

  • Filtration system

    WCB32C-GAC whole-house set — sediment + GAC + CTO, 3/4" ports, ~30,000 gallons

  • UV sterilizer

iSpring UVF50 LED ultraviolet sterilization system — mercury-free, no warm-up, and nothing to replace: no bulb, no quartz sleeve. The LED module is long-life, and its indicator light turns RED when it is no longer working properly, so you know without a service call. When it does fail you replace the unit, not a part. Needs a 120V outlet at the unit.

  • Spin-down prefilter

    WSP50ARB reusable spin-down sediment prefilter

  • Bypass valves & gauges

Bypass valves and pressure gauges for easy maintenance

  • Professional installation

Installation by our certified local technicians

  • Free water test

    Comprehensive in-home water quality test

  • Setup & calibration

Full system setup, pressure calibration, and flow testing

  • Replacement filters

First set of replacement filters included

  • Satisfaction guarantee

    30-day satisfaction guarantee

Why This System?

The GAC + CTO media reduces a broader set of contaminants than the entry tier — chloramine, PFAS, THMs, radon, and hydrogen sulfide, in addition to chlorine and odors. It does not reduce lead, heavy metals, TDS, or hardness — for lead and heavy-metal reduction, choose the Best WGB32B-KS. Ideal for full-time residents who want broad chemical reduction.

Every system includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and is eligible for our BWS Care plans — scheduled filter changes, UV lamp replacement, and full system inspections.

Maintenance

How Often Should I Replace My Filters?

We recommend a visual inspection every 6 months and a full filter replacement every 12 months. Local water is hard on filters, so keeping to this schedule holds the system at full performance and protects everything downstream. UV bulbs also lose intensity over time and should be replaced once a year. With a Whole House Care Plan we track when yours are due, bring the right iSpring set, and install it on schedule. The annual filter set, UV bulb, and two service visits per year are all included, so there is no border run to source parts and no guessing when they are due.
