Water Systems for Hotels in Baja California

Purified water for guest rooms without buying garrafones, and scale control that stops hard water shortening the life of your boilers, laundry and ice machines.

Serving Rosarito, Tijuana, Playas de Tijuana, Ensenada, and Valle de Guadalupe.

Two costs every hotel here is already paying

Garrafones. Guests will not drink the tap, so every room gets bottled water. Somebody buys them, somebody carries them upstairs, somebody stores the empties, and the cost repeats every month for as long as the hotel is open. It is a permanent line in the budget that nobody questions because it has always been there.

Scale. Baja water is hard. Calcium and magnesium build up inside every piece of equipment that heats or moves water: the boiler, the water heaters, the washing machines in the laundry, the dishwasher in the kitchen, the ice machine. Efficiency drops first, then parts fail early. Most hotels replace equipment sooner than they should and put it down to bad luck.

The first cost is visible and everybody complains about it. The second is larger and almost nobody connects it to the water.

What we can put in

We install commercial reverse osmosis systems, from a 1000 GPD unit suitable for a small hotel kitchen or a bar service up to a 2000 GPD system with dual booster pumps on a stainless frame for higher demand. Systems come with storage tanks sized to the site, from 11 gallons up to 40, so you have purified water on demand rather than waiting on production.

For hardness we install commercial water softeners, which is what protects the boiler, the laundry and the ice machines.

If the site needs something larger than our standard commercial line, we source and import it. That is a conversation rather than a catalogue item, and it starts with seeing the property.

What we are and are not

We are a small family company in Rosarito. We install, we service what we install, and we are half an hour away when something goes wrong. That is the argument for using us rather than a supplier who ships equipment and leaves you to find a plumber.

We are honest about scale of experience: our work to date has been residential and light commercial. What we bring to a hotel is the equipment, the local presence, and the willingness to come and look at the property properly before quoting anything.

How a hotel conversation actually starts

A free on-site assessment. We come to the property, test the water, take the readings that matter, and look at where equipment could go and how it would connect.

What that produces is a number: what your water actually contains, what the equipment would cost, and what it would replace. If garrafones are your biggest cost, we work out how many months the system takes to pay for itself against what you spend now. If your equipment is failing early, we look at your hardness reading and tell you honestly whether softening would have prevented it.

If the answer is that a system does not make sense for your property, we will say so.

Working out whether it is worth it

You already know two numbers we do not: how many garrafones you go through in a month, and what you pay for them. Multiply those and you have your annual bottled water cost.

Then ask how old your boiler is, how often the laundry machines get repaired, and whether the ice machine has ever been descaled. That is the second cost, and it is usually the bigger one.

Bring both numbers to the assessment. We will bring the water readings and the equipment sizing, and between them you will know whether this is worth doing.

Where we work

Rosarito, Tijuana, Playas de Tijuana, Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe. Tecate and Mexicali are outside our normal area, but in some cases we do go, so ask.

Common questions

Do you have to shut the hotel down to install?
No. Installation is planned around the property and connects to the incoming line. Any interruption is short and scheduled with you.
Can one system supply every guest room?
Commercial RO produces purified drinking water at the points where it is needed, typically the kitchen, the bar and a filling station, rather than plumbing purified water to every room. Whole-property filtration and softening treats every tap.
What is the difference between filtering and softening?
Filtration removes sediment, chlorine and, with ultraviolet, bacteria. Softening removes the calcium and magnesium that cause scale. They solve different problems and most properties here need both.
Does the water pressure at the property matter?
Yes, and it decides what can be installed. We check it during the assessment before quoting anything.
How long does an assessment take?
Under an hour in most cases, and it costs nothing.
