Best for

What it does
Delivers hot, cold, and room-temperature water on demand, plumbed to your water line, with no bottles and no deliveries. 4-stage filtration reduces chlorine, chloramine, lead, and PFAS.
What it does not do
Does not reduce TDS. It is filtration, not reverse osmosis.

Compact reverse osmosis

Installs under the counter. This is what our calculator recommends for offices and gyms (Package 1).

Best for
Offices that want purified, low-TDS drinking water at a dedicated tap.
What it does
Reduces TDS, unlike the dispenser, and delivers purified water at a dedicated tap. The T11M tank fits under a counter (the taller T40M does not).
What it does not do
Does not dispense hot or cold water like the cooler; it is a purified-water tap.

What is the best water system for an office in Baja?

It depends on what you want. If the goal is getting rid of the garrafones, with no deliveries, no storage and hot and cold water on demand, the dispenser does exactly that: it reduces chlorine, chloramine, lead and PFAS. It does not reduce TDS. If you want purified low-TDS water at a dedicated tap, that is the compact reverse osmosis system, the RCS10T with a T11M tank, which is what our calculator recommends for offices and gyms. Can it replace the garrafones in my office?

Yes. Both options connect to your water line, so there are no deliveries, nothing to store and nobody lifting jugs. The dispenser is the most direct replacement for the cooler: it goes in the same spot and gives hot, cold and room-temperature water. Note that it is filtration, not reverse osmosis, so it does not reduce TDS. If your staff is used to the taste of purified water, the compact reverse osmosis system is the better fit. The free water test tells us which.
