TDS = dissolved solids, in parts per million (ppm). It's what affects output the most.
The RCS10T carries a laboratory rating of 1000 GPD, measured at near-zero TDS under ideal conditions. It is not what you receive: real output is lower and drops as TDS rises. That's why we size the batch and confirm with a water test before quoting.

Frequently asked questions
How much water will I actually get?
The catalog rating is measured in a lab with near-pure water. Your water in Baja has more TDS, so real output is lower. That's why we size the batch you draw at once, not a daily total, and confirm output with a free water test before quoting.
How much space does it need?
It depends on the tank. The T11M is 15×15×22 in (38×38×56 cm), the T20M 16×16×30 in (41×41×76 cm), and the T40M 17×17×41 in (43×43×104 cm). The T40M does not fit under a counter. Two T20M tanks hold more than a single T40M and can be split across two spots.
Doesn't a softener do the same thing?
No. A softener softens the water (removes hardness and calcium) but does NOT reduce TDS and does NOT remove salt, only reverse osmosis reduces TDS and gives you truly purified water for drinking, cooking and coffee.
How long does the tank take to refill between batches?
It depends on your water's TDS: the higher it is, the slower it recovers. We don't give a blind number; we confirm it at the on-site assessment with your actual water.
What does the install include?
Supply connection, drain, tank mounting and commissioning. Equipment and installation are quoted separately, after the free on-site assessment, no obligation.
Will the water taste right for coffee and aguas frescas?
Yes. Reverse osmosis removes the chlorine, minerals and taste that ruin coffee, ice and aguas frescas, clean, neutral-tasting water, consistent every service.
What if my business grows?
It grows with you, it's the same platform. We add a larger tank or an additional tank, or step up to a CRO1000 or CRO2000 system when demand calls for it.
