How It Works
Three stages
- 1
Ion exchange
Water flows through high-capacity resin charged with sodium ions. Calcium and magnesium ions in the water swap places with the sodium, removing the hardness from the water.
- 2
Regeneration
The Elite series regenerates on a smart cycle that adapts to actual usage — only running when capacity demands it.
- 3
Soft water delivery
Softened water flows to your home continuously — protecting pipes, appliances, and fixtures from scale buildup.

Why This System?
The highest capacity we offer in the smallest footprint. Right for full-time residents, larger households, or properties with above-average source water hardness. Smart regeneration adapts to actual usage rather than running on a fixed timer. A softener removes calcium and magnesium (scale) but does not reduce TDS and does not remove salt or fix a salty or brackish taste — that requires reverse osmosis.
Every system includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and is eligible for our BWS Care plans — scheduled filter changes, UV lamp replacement, and full system inspections.

How Often Should My Softener Be Serviced?
A softener does not use replaceable filter cartridges, but it does need regular attention. We recommend a full inspection once a year: salt level, brine tank, resin condition, hardness test, and a programming check. Total Home Care includes your annual softener inspection alongside your whole-house and RO maintenance, so every water system in your home is covered under one plan.
