Softener goes first on the main line, whole house filter comes after — this protects the resin from sediment and chlorine while ensuring your entire home gets both softened and filtered water. BWS installs both systems in the correct order in a single visit, saving you the cost of two separate call-outs. Includes bypass valve for each system, drain line for the softener, 40 lbs first salt fill, and hardness programming.
